‘Don’t Break the Chain’ Calendar by Habit Bliss
This one’s inspired by Jerry Seinfeld. In his early days as a comic, every January he’d get a yearly calendar and place it on his wall. He had one goal which was to write original jokes every day. For each day he completed this goal, he’d put a big, red X on the appropriate date in the calendar. After a few days, the calendar began to develop a chain of Xs. The goal of the calendar was to make sure he didn’t break the chain. The longer he went without breaking the chain, the more he was motivated not to break the chain!
