12 Weekly Calls: In each call, we’ll discuss your current progress, including current issues pertaining to this process. You’ll receive feedback from me and we’ll brainstorm solutions, together. New habit development concepts will be introduced into your process and you’ll complete a weekly progress report focusing on areas of success and opportunity. You’ll receive your next steps…

Clarity and Defined Purpose: Through this process, we’ll clarify your goals and objectives for our work together. This will provide us with the essential ingredients from which we can craft a plan designed to achieve real and desired results.

Strategic Action Plan: We’ll create a plan that is specifically designed to assist you in your goal achievement efforts. This plan is one part goal-setting, two parts habit development… All parts work in unison to help you reach your goals and defined objectives.

Milestones: As we develop your plan we’ll create milestones that will keep you on track with your goals. These milestones serve a secondary role: alerting us to potential problem areas, and areas of opportunity for added growth. This feedback gets recycled back into our system to further empower your process.

Habit Bliss *10 Point Guide and Process: We’ll explore habit development concepts as presented by our Habit Bliss *10 Point Guide. Over the course of our work together we’ll define each concept and learn about the role it plays in the habit development process. You’ll develop a clear understanding of the transformative effect each concept can have on your current and future goal achievement efforts.

Weekly Conditioning Exercises: You’ll receive weekly exercises meant to help you dive deeper into a habit development concept. These exercises will help condition your mind and body towards self-mastery. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in these exercises at various levels of commitment – from minimal to maximum – so time is never an obstacle in your ability to incorporate these tasks into your daily life. 

At the end of 12 weeks…

BEFORE THE CALL you’ll complete a set of exercises meant to walk you through a process of discovery. This will give us information about the results you’re looking to achieve as a result of our work together, as well, it will give insight into problem areas that need to be addressed during our call. After completing the pre-session exercises you will have a clear understanding of your true pain points, current patterns, and the role they play in your ability to pursue, and ultimately reach your goals.

DURING THE CALL we’ll use the pre-session exercises to delve deeper into the true motives and desires fueling your current objectives, goals, and purpose. We’ll discuss new ideas for increasing and sustaining motivation and desire during the habit development process. We’ll also talk about the power and limits of willpower and how to use willpower most effectively. We’ll review past experiences to uncover possible roadblocks, triggers, bad habits, etc… All information collected will be used in the development of your strategic action plan.

Once the process of discovery and clarity is complete, you’ll be guided through a new process that explores several habit development concepts providing fresh insights and understandings. This information will be paramount to the success of your strategic action plan.

Throughout our time together we’ll be developing your strategic action plan. This is a collaborative effort. You’ll use everything you’re learning to make decisions that will help to craft your plan. We’ll create milestones that will track your progress and provide valuable feedback for the plan we’re developing.

By the end of our call, you’ll have your very own, personalized strategic action plan. A pdf version will be emailed to you within 24 hours after our session.

DURING OUR FOLLOW-UP CALL we’ll take time and review your experiences working your strategic action plan. Together, we’ll identify areas of possible improvements based on your current results. I’ll offer a list of suggestions and recommendations for plan updates based on current assessed ability and motivation, Additionally, I’ll provide tips and strategies to help you work through future conflicts and obstacles that arise in the execution of your plan.
